FAQs
What was the purpose of creating this website?
Hopefully, the ruminating that I did while studying for my master’s in teaching can be more fuel in the modern dialectic. Further creations may be appreciated by others who geek-out on education. It might be helpful to others and act as inspiration for those who would help hone my perspective, as I consistently welcome constructive feedback for the work that I put forward.
Who is this Jim Jordan “AKA Jimmer Shine”?
Well, born in Chinese zodiac of the intuitive and strategic Fire Snake and under the star-sign of the perspective-conscious Gemini Jim, or Jimmer as he is sometimes known, has welcomed into his being a comfortable flexibility with moving from formal to informal settings and back and forth again. As such, he often finds himself in settings that are unexpected. This concept is self-encouraged with the added hope of creating more joy in the world ~ a sense of oblectation, if you will, starting at home with his quick-witted and adventurous, delightful wife (Fire Rabbit/Aries) and looking outward to the world. Creation of joy for students, especially through encouraging them to find their confidence and capabilities in the classroom so they can stride out into the world more self-assured, is a major inspiration for our protagonist.
Can I apply to submit papers as well?
Sure! This site is brand new and is open to shifting from one voice to that of more. Please let me know if you would like to share your academic work and we can look into how that might work. Cheers~
